This year brought a lot of difficulties😣 often many of us felt emotions that made us want to break all the furniture in the apartment, yell at those who really wanted to help, pushing away loved ones, because it seems that everyone is against you😤 I have to admit, that I am not an exception🙈 To cope with this inner typhoon I have always been helped by classes спортом🏃♀️🧘♀️ After all, anger is also energy and if you channel it in the right direction, you can achieve not only inner peace, but also work on your body, which also certainly lifts your mood😉
