All the great things in my life and why I am the way I am come from being uncomfortable, going through the challenging parts, making mistakes, choosing to do something even if it scared me. Stop avoiding the pain, preventing the struggle, fearing the unknown, avoiding changing, avoiding the hard things in life; you're staying stuck in the comfort zone and actively choosing to be average. This IS preventing you from achieving what you truly, deeply want.
