I recommend the j lube powder. Thats the best one. For the first time you should use very soft and thin toys. If you penetrate to hard the muscle will close and there is no way to pass. So training training training. Not too often and not too hard. Give it time and be relaxed as you can. Think about it, feel your body and figure out why your body work like it should do.
