

Hey you! Itโs Fitness Friday ๐๐ฝ I have lazy girl tendencies๐ฅด, and sometimes, I like to workout with the least amount of effort. I also have times where iโm a beast and do a full HIT cardio boxing sesh! Making me feel so powerful. I call it balance! ๐ ๐ฃWhat works best is being consistent in the workouts YOU enjoy! I donโt believe that people should exert themselves until they donโt feel well. The body will tell you when it needs rest. Itโs better to rest when you need rest and not feel bad about it! Doing so, you are able to have a more productive workout, when you are ready. On those rest days, if you are feeling the need to still get up and be active, go kayaking, swimming or even on a beautiful hike! Hey might as well learn a new hobby? Wanna learn how to surf with me?
