I decided to take advantage of this small opportunity to make a much needed R&R day 🤗 it included lots of food, a massage and a pedicure 💆♀️ I have to remind myself constantly that it’s ok to sit for a moment and relax regularly 😩 “you can’t work 24 hours a day” is said to me a lot by people close to me 😅 if this does any.. I hope it inspires you to treat yourself with something small or take a day off like I did 🙌🏻 Just don’t forget to “Live” 👌🏻
