Introspection is good, it helps me figure out what kind of person I want to be each day, but too much gets very fucking painful, very fucking fast. So! We will wiggle! We will dance! We will record it for your wiggly pleasures too! I gotta get into my body more, be in the moment, less in my head. That's my prescription for myself. That's what we're doing, if you don't like it, suck my big toe! I'd actually really enjoy that tho ;)
