Exercise challenge! I challenge YOU to hold a side plank on one side for 45 seconds, then traditional plank for 45 seconds, and then the other side for 45 seconds. Take a 1 minute break, and so this over again? Can you do it? If not, do 30 seconds each time! :) No worries if you canโ€™t - try this every other day or so, do what you can, and youโ€™ll feel your abs getting stronger as time progresses! ๐Ÿ’• (Fun fact: you do NOT have to train the same muscles every day! Giving them a day break in between actually allows them to start rebuilding and healing so that the next time you work them, theyโ€™ll be rested AND already starting to tighten up or grow (women will naturally lean out, men will see more size - the level of testosterone in each sex determines this, so ladies - do NOT worry about getting bulky. You wonโ€™t. Bulking for women can only be done very deliberately and takes FAR more work than you can imagine, haha.)
