

yoga is good for the SOUL ♥️ it's hard to do things that are good for ourselves when we dont feel amazing (i woke up with an ear infection, slept in until 11am and was just like.. bleh. not feeling amazing about my skin. my body. etc. etc. hehe. you know how it goes... we've all been on a downward spiral at some point) it just exists on a different vibrational frequency. this 24m yoga flow was a step in the right direction for me. taking time to devote to centering myself, bringing it back to the body. the breath. the present moment. a state of neutrality... and then these small steps add up, compounding one another. for me, this is a step in the right direction! i hope you enjoy 😘 let's move up the spiral together, haha.
