

Strainers are a must have for bartending. Whether you’re making a large amount of shots at once or muddling fruit/mint for a drink, the strainer and shaker are like ying & yang. If you just pour multiple liquors into a cup or shot glass, the lack of mixing causes the flavors to be different than if they were mixed in a shaker and strained into a cup. Tip: If you don’t have a strainer, you can use a plastic cup.
