7️⃣5️⃣ I've also been attempting the 75 hard challenge again! If successful, this will be my 3rd time completing the challenge :D If you've never tried it or heard of it, it's a relatively simple but pretty difficult challenge, it only has 5 rules: 1. Stick to a diet, any diet of your choice! 💪 No cheat meals or alcohol for the full 75 days consecutively is the only caveat. 💪 I'm doing a pretty simple diet, sticking to a maximum calorie and minimum protein goal. 2. Drink a gallon of water every day. 💪 Relatively simply, I just drink 4 hydroflasks a day 💦 3. Exercise twice a day for 45 minutes each time, with at least one session happening outside. 💪 I haven't been to the gym in over a year due to my car accident and not being able to fully recover, but I'm going to start the challenge & year with just doing home workouts and following a similar program (albeit less hardcore) to the one I used to do! 4. Read 10 pages of a book every day. 💪 The books should be non-fiction and focus on self-improvement. Audiobooks do not count. 💪 I've been reading a ton more because of this! I end up reading more than just 10 pages a day because I've been learning a ton and the books I've been reading have been very enlightening and interesting! 5. Take a progress picture every day. They're for you, you don't have to post them anywhere. 💪 I've been doing this for myself and I know I don't see much progress yet but I'm definitely excited for the end result!!
