Added 2022-03-24 18:04:41 +0000 UTCDay 8/18: Colombia 🇨🇴 Leaving Cartagena Early to Salvage my Birthday After a horrible 2 days with the guy I had been seeing (@dbasser_) that flew into Cartagena to spend my birthday with me, I decide to leave Cartagena early & not give this man the opportunity to ruin my birthday. I check out of the hotel & hop on a 4 hour bus ride to my next destination, Santa Marta. It’s the day before my birthday & I don’t arrive at my hostel until the early evening. I won’t lie, I was really nervous about arriving in a completely new place the night before my birthday not knowing anyone & having ZERO birthday plans since I had to leave Cartagena in such a hurry so that I wouldn’t miss the last bus.
