Yesterday I literally unplugged for a while and it really helped me get more start to feel back to normal. I’m not going to do anything and try and get some rest for one more night, I am hoping it helps, thanks to everyone who said not to worry about it and that they hope I am taking care of me. ❤️ Thank you guys, I will definitely be back to making more content soon
