Added 2025-01-06 18:43:36 +0000 UTCI have until the end of January to decide if I’m doing a show in April or not. 🤔 I’m currently trying to “lean grow” for Worlds in August. If I decide to do the April show this year as well I’ll have to take a little 8-10 week break from building to get stage lean. Then I’d have another 8-10 weeks to reverse diet and build until having to cut again for Worlds in August. I don’t have too far to go so I could pull it off… Should I do it?
