But every time I do get out for a run, I realize how great it is that I didn't give up! 🏃♀️ The feeling of breathing in fresh air and warming up at the end of the journey is irreplaceable. Even though it may be hard, it's moments like that that remind us that we don't have to be afraid of hardship! 💪
