

Regularity is the key to good habits👌 Only regularity in small things helps us to be in good shape. Only the observance of some habits helps us not to go astray. The more good habits we have, the more we manage to get things done in a day. The more things we do, the more productive we feel. The more productive we are, the better and happier our life is. I could say I'm sorry I only realized this at 21, but I don't want to waste time forming the habit of whining about myself. Life is a miracle. I want to live and enjoy this miracle!
